Ordering
1. What size should I buy?
Please refer to our size guides located under each of our products. If you're still not quite sure which size is right for you, contact us at hello@souyoung-studio.com. We'll be happy to guide you.
Our products are currently only available in sizes XS, S, M, L and hope to be more size-inclusive in the near future.

Please contact us via email or Instagram DM if you'd like to purchase a set but with differing sizes.

2. Do you take in custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not take in custom orders at the moment. We hope to be able to offer this service sometime in the future.

3. Do you offer alteration services?
SOUYOUNG STUDIO is established as an online label, therefore we do not offer alteration services. Please factor in a time window (4-5 weeks) for alteration before your occasion when placing your order.

4. What is the best way to wash my garments?
Please handwash them in cold water or machine wash in a laundry bag, do not wring. We recommend steaming your garments for the best and safest finish.

Shipping
Once your order have been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your order will be dispatched within 72 hours, or the following Monday if the order is placed on a Friday and a tracking number will be sent to you.

1. What are the shipping costs?
Delivery within Singapore is free.

For orders within Asia, a flat rate of SGD$30 will be charged. For other international orders, a flat rate of SGD$50 will be charged.

2. What shipping providers do you use?
For Singapore orders, we deliver via courier service to ensure the safety of the package. Please ensure that someone will be home to sign for your order. We use SingPost for all international orders.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Singapore orders will take up to a week upon dispatch to arrive, international orders may take 2 weeks to a month depending on your location. Please ensure that you place your order with an ample time window before your occasion.

4. My package is lost or damaged! What do I do?
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us with your order number and claim number. We will work together to come to the best resolution.

5. Tax & duties
For international orders, please note that orders to certain countries may be subjected to local taxes and duties on arrival, and that these are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & refunds
1. Can I return my order?
We understand that minds change. Please contact us at hello@souyoung-studio.com if you'd like to return your order. Do note that customers are responsible for return delivery charges and tax (if applicable). Return orders must be made within 7 days of receiving your package and must be in their original condition and packaging box with the hang tag still attached. Please try on the dress with no make up on and ensure that you're on a clean floor (we recommend standing on your bed) when doing so to prevent stains. Sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

2. I am expecting a refund. How long will it take?
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. It may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone and passed inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

3. What if my item was defective?
Every item undergoes a meticulous quality check before delivery. However, we understand that accidents do happen along the way. In case of defective products, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your package.
